1. Account Deletion

  • You can delete your account in Edit Profile > Verify Account. This action is irreversible.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

  • Zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, illegal or discriminatory content. AscendFive may remove content or users without prior notice.

3. Filtering and Reporting

  • We use automatic filters and a 24-hour response time for reports to maintain security. Users can block abusive members directly.

7. Services Provided

  • AscendFive is a digital platform for profiles, interaction and community. We may change or suspend features at our discretion.

8. Registration

  • Minimum age: 13 years. You are responsible for your account security. We use phone numbers for SMS verification.

9. Ratings and Responsibility

Users are entirely responsible for the ratings provided. AscendFive does not endorse opinions.

Rating System

  • 1 star: -80 pts | 5 stars: +80 pts
  • Multipliers: 2x for high-reputation users (Rating > 4.8).

10. Intellectual Property

You retain the rights to your content, but grant us a license to host it. Our brand and software are protected by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

AscendFive is provided 'as is'. We are not responsible for user-generated content or interactions.

15. General Provisions

Governed by the laws of Brazil. Use of the platform implies full acceptance.
